"I checked in with Lindsey DeLorenze, my Personal Trainer in July 2007 for my first NEWFIT Session, with a 46 inch waist, 245 pounds, and many years of a not so healthy life style. Since then I have lost 45 pounds, close to 8 inches in the waist, gained muscle mass, not to mention form & flexibility, that can only be contributed to the dedication and the MOTIVATION instilled by my Personal Trainer, and all the other supportive RDV Athletic Club Staff. I have been living My Healthier Lifestyle now for over a year, still have a ways to go, but don’t us all; think about it, but not too long..."

"I was surprised when I went to a doctor last year and he said I had 25% body fat. I was generally fit, but my previous fitness routine consisted mostly of cardio workouts. I partnered with a trainer, Ryan McKenzie, and he started me on a weights workout that was tailored to my needs. I started to see results after only a few sessions. I turned 43 in July and I have more energy than ever! Thanks to my training I feel better and continue to progress."
