Learn to Skate: Beginner Hockey - Ages 3-16
This beginner class focuses on basic skating skills. Helmets are required but no hockey sticks or pucks are allowed. Hockey skates are recommended. Students in this class learn to skate forward on two feet, glide on one foot and stop. The skater is eligible to advance to the Learn to Play Hockey program after successfully completing these requirements. We suggest Learn to Skate: Beginner for first-time skaters age six and under.

Learn to Play - Ages 4+
Learn the basics of skating, stick handling, passing and shooting. This class is designed to teach the basics of the game of hockey. Previous skating experience is a plus for the person who is planning to register for this class. We suggest Learn to Skate Beginner Hockey for first-time skaters age six and under..
