Adult Cardio
The adult oriented cardio experience is a conditioning class designed to incorporate the fundamentals of figure skating into a 45 minute calorie burning class. Once a week, skaters will follow the lead of the instructor, focusing on balance skills, forward and backward skating, agility, turns, and stops set to great music with a focus on active fun! This is a great way to get your exercise and learn a new skill. All skill levels are welcome. Skaters must be 18 years old to participate.
Next Session of Adult Cardio Begins: August 21, 2008
Classes will be held on Thursdays from 10:00-11:00am.
Fee for the 4 week class is $65, and $112 for an 8 week class.
A minimum of 6 skaters are required.

Parent and Tot Learn to Ice Skate
Learn to Ice Skate with your young child! Learning with a parent can make it more enjoyable for the parent and the child. Learn to Skate group classes offer a fun and relaxed environment for both the parents and tots. Participants meet once a week for a 45-minute class and at the conclusion of the session a snack is provided to the participants. Basic ice skating skills are taught to both skaters.

We have a figure skating program at RDV Sportsplex Ice Den for all levels of skaters from the recreational figure skater to those in elite levels of competition. Learn to Skate group classes offer skaters a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Private figure skating lessons are available with one of our exceptional Ice Den coaches. Experience our Ice Shows, attend our summer figure skating camps, and compete in our ISI Spring Classic competition. We welcome you to the wonderful sport of ice skating!
