A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the party date and time. Dates can be reserved by phone with a credit card, for your convenience. Dates are not considered confirmed until the signed contract and deposit is received in our office.
To ensure the quality of your party experience, we ask that you:

• Return your contract agreement and deposit in a timely manner.
• Help enforce safety by making sure children stay in designated party areas.
• Suggest that party attendees arrive promptly and wear clothing appropriate for party activities.
• Agree to work within your scheduled time frame in the party room.
• You are allowed 30 minutes prior to the party for set-up time, but no earlier.

Prices are subject to change without notice. RDV Sportsplex Ice Den birthday parties are very popular! Suggested booking time is at least four weeks in advance.
