GAME PLAN

WE WANT YOU IN THE GAME! Our GAME PLAN program is designed to fully engage you in our club family and introduce you to our services designed for your health and wellness success. Whether we are the first health club you are joining or you are an experienced fitness member, your GAME PLAN will guide you on the path toward achieving the results you desire. Just by attending this session you also have the opportunity to receive over $125 worth of gift cards and services. Here are some things you can expect:

  • MEET WITH YOUR GAME PLAN TRAINER
    You’ll get to spend time with your trainer doing your assessment, setting goals, and creating your Game Plan. You trainer will then go to a Group Fitness class with you! Come ready to work out!
     
  • 16 CLASSES IN 60 DAYS
    Take 16 Group Fitness classes in your first 60 days - get started today!
     
  • TWO (2) SMALL GROUP TRAINING VOUCHERS
    Your GAME PLAN trainer may assist with connecting you to a small group
     
  • FITNESS FLOOR ORIENTATION SESSIONS
    These sessions are intended to introduce you to strength and cardiovascular equipment on the Athletic Club Fitness Floor. At specified times Fitness Floor Attendants will take members through a line of machines to explain seat positioning, weight selection and proper use of equipment.

Tuesday from 5:30-7:30pm
Wednesday from 12:00-4:00pm
Thursday from 5:30-7:30pm
Friday from 12:00-4:00pm
