Weekly Hockey Clinic (Ages 6+)

RDV Sportsplex Ice Den offers a weekly hockey clinic that works on all aspects of the game. This clinic features power skating, stick handling and checking.

Power Skating (Ages 6+)

This class is designed to improve all aspects of your skating ability. It will focus on improving your quickness, overall speed, agility, and edge work.

Adult Hockey Drills and Conditioning

The focus of this class will be to teach adults about hockey through game-situation drills and conditioning drills. All levels of adult players are welcome to attend including those new to the sport and those that want to improve their skills.
