MVP Sports Clubs aims to make good health fun in a world-class environment. Through our success in business and the community, we strive to give back to the neighborhoods we serve by participating in charitable functions, partnering in special events, and other sponsorships.

MVP Sports Clubs must receive your completed online donation request form (below), including your letter of request (on organization letterhead), at least 45 days prior to your event. Due to the amount of inquiries we receive, we will only respond if we need more information or if your event is selected.
